Step 1 - Enter through the ground floor front lobby off 2nd Ave & Monroe St. Step 2 - Take the elevators to floor 9 for ID & Bag Check. Step 3 - Scan or buy your ticket on floor 9. Step 4 - Take the staircase down to the rooftop pool on floor 8. Step 5 - Dive in and get FUNKY! If you are parking in the X parking garage and don’t mind stairs, you can walk up to the 9th FLOOR lobby, if not you must take the elevator to the 1st FLOOR lobby then head to 9th FLOOR (Notify a box office rep if you require ADA service)

The X Phoenix parking garage is located within the building and can be accessed from Monroe Street, between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. To enter the garage, you must use a physical credit or debit card at the entry gate. At check-in, all attendees will receive a wristband for event entry, which will double as your parking validation. Please note: • The wristband must be properly worn around your wrist and shown to parking attendants to receive validation. • If the wristband is broken, removed, or unworn, validation will not be provided, and you will be responsible for the daily parking rate of $22. When exiting: • Insert the same credit or debit card you used for entry. • The parking attendant will confirm your wristband and provide a validation slip to reduce your parking rate to $10. There are other parking garages around the area, as well as street meter parking. Uber / Rideshares are recommended (please be responsible)

Yes! The pool is large, cool, and fully shaded after 5pm. The dance floor is fully shaded throughout the entire day.

Absolutely, we take great pride in making sure all attendees feel safe and comfortable to express themselves and enjoy the show. If you ever feel uncomfortable, please find a staff member or a "Good Egg" in yellow T-shirts to assist you. No judgement here!

Yes! Once you've reached the 9th floor lobby via the elevator, notify one of our box office reps and they will assist you to reach the 8th floor pool deck.

Yes, we have food vendors on-site keeping your tummy full and your body energized. You may bring small snacks for yourself as well. Feel free to bring an empty or sealed water bottles. Free water can be found at the bar and drinking fountains.

At this time, our Saturday & Sunday events are only for friends age 21 and up.

Acceptable bags include: Small bags / Fanny packs / Large Tote bags (single pocket) /Large clear backpacks Non-acceptable bags: Large Multi-pocketed unclear backpacks

No weapons. No cameras. No large backpacks. No illegal stuff. No liquids, except sealed water bottles. No bad attitudes. No pet dragons unless they’re well trained and won’t bite.

You would be silly NOT to bring a floatie to a pool! The funkier the better! Please note - 1-2 person pool sized floaties are acceptable, large floaties suitable for 3+ people are NOT permitted.
