IDGAFNK LLC
EVENT ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

The undersigned (“I”, “Me”, “you” or the possessive “My” or “your”) hereby enters into the following agreement (“Agreement”)
with IDGAFNK LLC (“IDGAFNK”), an Arizona limited liability company, as of the “Effective Date” which shall be defined as the ticket
purchasing date related to the IDGANK Event. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, including, but not limited to, the opportunity for Me to attend/participate in the IDGAFNK Event (“Event”), and as a
precondition to participating in the Event, I have read this Agreement and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Electronic Acceptance

I hereby agree to receive the terms of the Agreement, including the arbitration provisions noted therein (collectively, the "Terms")
through the IDGAFNK website and through the checkout procedure that I executed upon my registration for and ticket purchasing related to
the Event (my “Consent”). I may refuse to agree to this Consent and the associated Terms and Agreement by not clicking the “I agree to the
above additional terms” box on the checkout procedure. However, if I do not agree to this Consent, I will not be able to participate in the
IDGAFNK Event as defined with the Agreement. I hereby agree to print and/or save the Terms, Consent, and Agreement.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To obtain, print and save these Terms and the Agreement, I must have access to a
personal computer or equipment widely- used, recent-generation web browser and a printer capable of printing from my computer or
equipment. My ability to read and agree to this Consent demonstrates that I have the necessary hardware and software to receive and save the
Consent, Terms, and Agreement.

Paper Copies. Upon my request, IDGAFNK shall provide you with a paper copy of the Terms and Agreement, which IDGAFNK
has provided to you electronically. If I would like a free paper copy of the Terms and Agreement, please send an email to info@idgafnk.com.

Consent To Electronic Communications: By clicking " I agree to the above additional terms" on the checkout page associated to
this IDGAFNK Event, I consent to receive disclosures from IDGAFNK electronically through an electronic means and through email
communication under the Terms set forth in this Consent and the Agreement. I agree that IDGAFNK may provide electronically any and all
communications concerning the Terms and the Agreement that I may enter into as well as any disclosures required by federal or state law (the
“Disclosures”). My Consent applies not only to the Terms and Agreement but also to any ancillary agreement related to these and to any
future modifications, terms, or agreements I may agree to through this relationship with IDGAFNK.

To electronically receive and view and electronically save or print the Terms, Agreement, and /or Disclosures, I must have: a
personal computer with Internet access; a widely-used, recent-generation web browser; and a printer, hard drive or other storage device. I
represent that you have this hardware and software.

Prior to my purchasing of my ticket for the Event, I may withdraw my consent to receipt of the Disclosures by exiting the
IDGAFNK purchasing website. If I do this, I will not be able to participate in the IDGAFNK Event. To withdraw my consent after my
electronic agreement and Consent, please refer to the Terms and the Agreement and follow the noted and necessary procedure. If, for
whatever reason, the Terms or Agreement are inaccessible to you, please contact info@idgafnk.com immediately noting your name, address,
and phone number to ensure that IDGAFNK can appropriately assist you in the resolution of your issue.

I hereby agree to waive any and all defense as it relates to any online access to the Terms, Consent, Disclosures, or Agreement and
confirm and acknowledge that any consent or electronic signature that I may provide shall be valid and be of full force and effect just as if the
consent was to be provided in a tangible medium.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and agree that My attendance/participation in the Event may involve risk of serious injury, physical disability, death,
illness or disease, property damage and/or loss that may result not only from My own actions, inactions or negligence, but also from the
actions, inactions, or negligence of others including, but not limited to, IDGAFNK, the condition of the facilities, equipment, or areas where
the Event is taking place, and/or the nature of My participation or attendance on the premises before, during, or after the Event. Knowing and
understanding the risks involved with My attendance/participation, including, without limitation, slips, trips, falls, contact with others,
equipment or product failures, effects of weather, illness, personal injury, death, and emotional distress, I hereby voluntarily and willingly
assume full and complete responsibility for any and all risks (including those which are presently unknown to Me) of serious injury, physical
disability, death, damage and/or loss to persons or property of any kind that may arise from or be related to My attendance/participation at the
Event (collectively, “Liabilities”). I certify that I am in good health and have no medical or mental condition preventing My
attendance/participation at the Event. I acknowledge that it is My responsibility to consult with My personal physician regarding any medical
or mental reason, impairment, or disability that might prevent or limit My participation/attendance at the Event. I expressly assume any and
all risk of injury (including, without limitation, permanent disability and death) relating to or arising out of My attendance/participation and

IDGAFNK LLC the services provided at the Event pursuant to this Agreement, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence or otherwise, and
accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

3. Release of Liability and Indemnity

For and in consideration for IDGAFNK allowing Me to attend/participate in the Event, I hereby fully and forever release, waive, and
discharge IDGAFNK and Raiff Representation PLLC, and each of their respective members, sponsors, auxiliary organizations, volunteers,
suppliers, independent contractors, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, related entities, governors, owners, administrators, officers, directors,
physicians, trainers, employees, partners, and/or agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from, and covenant not to sue the Released
Parties in connection with, the following: (i) any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind, which I may or might have
against the Released Parties or any of them, arising from or by reason of any and all Liabilities (including, without limitation, medical
expenses and/or attorneys’ fees) and/or the negligence of any of the Released Parties or their affiliates, whether known or unknown, foreseen
or unforeseen, and any consequences thereof resulting from My attendance/participation at the Event or any breach of this Agreement. I shall
not bring any claim, demand, legal action or suit against the Released Parties for any economic or non-economic loss due to the Liabilities
incurred during or in connection with My attendance/participation at the Event or because of the operations and conduct of the Released
Parties or others, whether negligent or otherwise; and (ii) any and all claims or actions for personal injury, illness or sickness, potential
exposure to illness, transmission of illness, property damage and/or other loss suffered by Me in connection with My attendance/participation
at the Event. I hereby waive and release any and all claims against the Released Parties relating to My attendance/participation at the Event
and their use of any recorded materials captured at the Event in any version or any media, now known or hereafter devised, including, without
limitation, any rights and claims relating to copyright, defamation (including libel and slander), moral rights, rights of privacy and/or
publicity or confidentiality.

I intend this Agreement to be a full waiver and release of all claims of any nature I had, now have, or may in the future have against
the Released Parties in connection with My attendance/participation at the Event. I acknowledge that I may have or may in the future have
claims against the Released Parties which I presently do not know or suspect to exist in My favor at the time I execute this Agreement which
if known, might materially affect My execution of this Agreement but hereby agree to this Agreement’s terms nonetheless.
I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities,
loss, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses of any kind (including attorneys’ fees), which may be made against
them or incurred by them, or any of them, arising out of My attendance/participation at the Event, any breach of My representations and
warranties hereunder, My negligence, recklessness, or willful conduct, and/or resulting from My tortious conduct, or the failure of any rights
granted by IDGAFNK to Me pursuant to this Agreement. I agree that I am financially responsible for any and all losses and damages,
including attorneys’ fees and costs, (whether to myself or others) resulting from My attendance/participation at the Event.

4. Name, Image, and Likeness

I grant IDGAFNK the right to photograph, videotape, record, and/or make reproductions of Me and to use My name, photograph,
face, image, likeness, actions and appearance (collectively, “Likeness”) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including
without limitation television, the Internet, mobile, wireless, and other online or computer-assisted media, and print media (collectively,
“Media”), worldwide and throughout the metaverse in perpetuity, including without limitation in connection with the promotion, marketing,
and exploitation (in any form or Media) of the IDGAFNK’s products and services. I agree that any broadcast, telecast, publication, or other
exploitation of My Likeness or the Media or any rights therein will not entitle Me to receive any form of compensation.

I hereby acknowledge that I am restricted from using any content captured at the Event for any commercial purposes. IDGAFNK
shall have the exclusive and sole authority to delete or obtain any content from Me that I may capture at the Event. However, should I wish to
use the IDGAFNK content that I captured at an Event, I may request to use such content for commercial purposes by contacting
info@idgafnk.com. I acknowledge that IDGAFNK has the sole authority to approve or deny My requested use of the Event content and may
deny My request for any reason. Furthermore, I acknowledge that IDGAFNK may ask Me to remove any content from a virtual platform
should they deem the use of My content as a commercial exploitation and I hereby agree to cooperate and immediately take down such
content at IDGAFNK’s request. As such, IDGAFNK reiterates that this Agreement does not provide Me with a license to use their likeness in
any capacity whatsoever.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

I hereby acknowledge that My ticket for entry does not include any warranties or guarantees. Furthermore, I have no expectation of
return from the purchase of My ticket nor have I relied on any promise made by IDGAFNK associated to the Event. Should the Event be
terminated after then Event’s opening time, I hereby acknowledge that no refund shall be given and that IDGAFNK shall have the sole and
complete discretion to terminate such Event at any time and for any reason. However, a refund shall be provided if the Event is cancelled
prior to two (2) hours before the noted gate opening time and not rescheduled within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of such original
Event date. I further acknowledge that My entry to the Event is subject to the complete discretion of IDGAFNK and its affiliates and that My

IDGAFNK LLC ticket purchase for the Event does not guarantee My entry and that IDGAFNK maintains the right to deny Me entry or remove Me from the
Event for any reason at their sole discretion.

6. Emergency Medical Care Authorization

In the event medical attention is needed, I (and, if applicable, My Parent/Legal Guardian) authorize each of the Released Parties to
call for medical care for Me or to transport Me to a medical facility at My expense. I (and, if applicable, My Parent/Legal Guardian) further
authorize any physician or other health care provider or facility to provide any emergency medical/surgical care. I (and, if applicable, My
Parent/Legal Guardian) acknowledge and agree that none of the Released Parties is under any legal obligation to render assistance to Me.

7. Nondisclosure, Confidentiality, and Defamation

In addition to the nondisclosure and confidentiality term above, I agree to not make any false and/or derogatory statements about
IDGAFNK, the Event, or any IDGAFNK affiliates. This restriction includes any negative and false statement made to anyone in person, on a
social media platform, or through any written medium. I understand that I cannot, in anyway, discuss anything about the Event, however,
should I violate this Agreement and make a statement that implicates the reputation of IDGAFNK, their affiliates, or the Event, IDGAFNK
and its affiliates will have all legal remedies available to them including, but not limited to, suing for damages and/or lost profits, injunctive
relief, and/or the initiation of a protective order against Me.

8. Acknowledgement of Risks Associated with COVID-19

I acknowledge that novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) infections have been confirmed throughout Arizona and surrounding states. In
accordance with guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (“CDC”), and the State of
Arizona, I represent and warrant that I will not visit the Event, IDGAFNK event(s), or participate in any other IDGAFNK related venture
within fourteen (14) days of exposure to any person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19. I further agree, represent, and
warrant that I will not visit IDGAFNK, the Event, or its event(s) or participate in any IDGAFNK venture if I or any of the members of my
household have: (i) experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, including, but not limited to cough, shortness of breath, difficult breathing,
fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell; (ii) a suspected or diagnosed/confirmed case of COVID-19; (iii) are
currently under quarantine due to having tested positive or have been potentially exposed to COVID-19; or (iv) traveled by plane out-of-state
within the past fourteen (14) days.

I understand that IDGAFNK has implemented procedures for slowing the transmission of COVID-19. I agree to follow such
instruction, procedures, and rules while visiting the Event, any other IDGAFNK event(s), or participating in any IDGAFNK venture,
including any revisions to such procedures, instruction, or rules that the IDGAFNK may implement. Any deviation that I may take from such
procedure, instruction, or rules, I understand that I am doing so at My own risk. However, I acknowledge the known and potential dangers
related to COVID-19 of visiting the Event, any IDGAFNK event(s), or participating in any IDGAFNK venture. I further acknowledge that
visiting the Event, any IDGAFNK event(s), or participating in any IDGAFNK venture may, despite the IDGAFNK’s reasonable efforts to
mitigate such dangers, may result in exposure to COVID-19, which could result in quarantine requirements, serious illness, disability, and/or
death to Me or anyone that I come in contact with. I further acknowledge, represent, and warrant that, should I contract COVID-19, I will not
be able to prove that My exposure to COVID-19 will not be solely and definitively attributable to visiting the Event, any IDGAFNK event(s),
or participating in any IDGAFNK venture.

I further agree to abide by all safety and social distancing measures, including, but not limited to:
• Wearing a face mark in accordance with local and Center for Disease Control guidelines, if necessary;
• Avoiding congregating in large groups;
• Maintaining six (6) feet of distance between yourself and other persons;
• Hand sanitizing and/or hand washing prior to and after using any communal assets or space; and
• Following any other safety measures that may be requires on site at the Event.

9. Miscellaneous

I have the right to enter into this Agreement and am not restricted by any commitments to third parties. I have had sufficient time
and opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel regarding this Agreement, and if I have opted not to obtain legal advice prior to
executing this Agreement, I will not, in any proceeding relating to the enforcement of rights or obligations under the Agreement, raise My
failure to obtain legal advice as a defense or otherwise.

I hereby agree that My belongings or person may be searched upon entry into the Event and that I consent to such any such searches
conducted at entry or during My attendance/participation in the Event. Should I deny consent to any of these searches, I understand that I will
be denied entry to Event or be removed from the premises immediately. I acknowledge that My ticket for entry to the Event is a revocable

IDGAFNK LLC license and that I may be denied entry or removed from the Event premises for any reason at any time in IDGAFNK’s sole discretion. I also
understand that My entry to the Event is contingent on My full agreement to this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained
herein. Furthermore, I agree that the IDGAFNK is not responsible for any personal property belonging to Me that is stolen, lost, or damaged
during this Event or any IDGAFNK related event.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in My own name. I have read this document before signing below, and
I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this Agreement. This Agreement is binding on Me, My heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns. In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement are held by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, that invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect
any other provisions of this Agreement and this Agreement will be construed as if that invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never
been contained in this Agreement with the remaining Agreement having full force and effect.

This Agreement shall remain in effect for perpetuity and shall not be terminated even after the Event has ended.

IDGAFNK and I hereby agree to endeavor in good faith to resolve all disputes arising under or related to this Agreement by mediation.
If IDGAFNK and I fail in our attempt to resolve a dispute by mediation, we will submit the dispute to arbitration according to the then prevailing
rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Arizona law shall govern the rights and obligations of IDGAFNK and I with
respect to the matters in controversy. The mutually agreed upon arbitrator will allocate all costs and fees attributable to the arbitration between
IDGAFNK and I equally except as otherwise stated in this Agreement. The arbitrator’s award will be a final, binding judgment that may be
entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By clicking the “I agree to the above additional terms” checkout box on the IDGAFNK website, I acknowledge that, in signing this
Agreement electronically through the IDGAFNK checkout procedure, I have carefully read this document, I understand it, and agree to be
bound by its terms. Furthermore, I have the right to enter into Agreement and am not restricted by commitments to third parties. I have had
sufficient time and opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel regarding this Agreement, and if I have opted not to obtain legal
advice prior to executing this Agreement, I will not, in any proceeding relating to the enforcement of rights or obligations under the
Agreement, raise my failure to obtain legal advice as a defense or otherwise. I acknowledge that I am engaging in this Agreement voluntarily,
without coercion or duress, and I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
